Paul Mehus founded the firm in 1975 with a strong foundation of knowledge in all aspects of building design and construction. He was formerly a partner at David Arrigoni and Assoc., a Consulting Engineering firm. Paul has extensive expertise in electrical engineering and architectural lighting.

Jackie Mehus, CFO, has been with the company since inception and guides in the operations of the company. As a couple, Jackie and Paul enjoy forming trusted and lasting relationships with their clients.

Milton Nicholas, Vice President, joined the firm as a partner in 1979. He has many years of city planning experience to his credit as Foster City’s planning director as well as 10 years as a planning commissioner in Los Altos. Milt is a full member of the American Institute of City Planners.

Mark Quale, Vice President, became a partner in 1998 after 21 years of valued service with Mehus Construction. In his current role as a Site Project Manager, he brings a thorough understanding of construction from many years of hands-on experience in building and estimating.
